I'M HAPPY TO CALL FOUR SEASONS MY HOME because..
Four Seasons is a beautiful, well run Community with great neighbors, lots of amenities and numerous activities and entertainment, and a very reasonable monthly HOA fee. These things are the result of the outstanding and time consuming efforts of the seven members of our Board of Directors, the 84 members of our Board Committees, and hundreds of residents who belong to over 40 Clubs.

- Proposed Survey of File of Life+ Utilization to Board
- Presented "Legacy Planning - A Final Gift" for Team Sunshine
- Three -year member of the Shuffleboard Club
I'M RUNNING FOR A SEAT ON THE BOARD because ....
I believe the Board is very capable of continuing to do what it has always done very well no matter who is elected to it. The question is, what could it do differently to help Four Seasons become an even better community?
I am concerned that many homeowners might lack information about our Board, its Board Committees, and the position of Board Director; I thought I could provide it here.
I found submitting a Candidate Statement of 250 words very limiting; I thought I could provide some additional information here about myself and how I think the Board might grow our community.
As you will see below, I have extensive experience serving on boards, and being a CEO, of different kinds of organizations, although not an HOA. I went through periods of significant growth with every board.
Will our Board be open to change to grow? Many things can't be changed because of the California HOA Act. Others can be, many with little effort, but positive effect. Take a look at what I offer, if elected, on these pages..
